Supply Chain Assistant

About Us

We are an international company headquartered in Germany, specializing in industrial commercial kitchen technologies. To strengthen our operations in Türkiye and maintain our high customer service standards, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our Istanbul office. In this role, you will support our supply chain processes while helping us maintain the high customer service standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Order placement based on inventory levels
• Daily supplier communication regarding deliveries and operational topics
• Lead time tracking and shipment follow-up
• ERP data maintenance (prices, lead times, vendor information)
• Inventory monitoring to avoid shortages or overstock
• Invoice verification against PO and goods receipt
• Coordination between purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams
• Preparation of supply chain KPI and tracking reports

Qualifications

• At least C1 Level of English and Turkish
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of logistics processes
• Solution-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
