Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Buying Specialist to join our team. As a Supply Chain Buying Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and relationships with our vendors. If you have a strong background in supply chain management or similar role, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Proactively monitor inventory levels, delivery lead times, and track item receipts.
• Prepare purchase orders and track their status from issuance to delivery.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Assist in evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product development, sales, operations, and finance to ensure coordination across departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of transactions and activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, shifts in supply chain technology, and best practices.
• Coordinate pricing levels with applicable departments

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with supply chain management software (ERP systems). NetSuite experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Experience working with international vendors a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
