Supply Chain Capability Coach

This role is responsible for strengthening workforce capability through hands-on coaching, mentoring, operational guidance, and practical knowledge transfer across procurement, contracting, logistics, supplier management, and commercial functions. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to enhance execution quality, governance compliance, commercial effectiveness, and long-term organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor employees across key supply chain disciplines.
  • Support procurement, contracting, logistics, supplier management, and commercial activities.
  • Provide guidance on governance, policies, and operational best practices.
  • Facilitate on-the-job learning, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support tender evaluations, supplier negotiations, and operational problem-solving.
  • Drive capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracting, Logistics, or Project Delivery.
  • Strong experience within large and complex organizations, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
