Position: Supply Chain Coordinator – Multi-Region Operations
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, vendor management, logistics, compliance, and ERP reporting across multiple regions. The role will ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects, timely follow-up on pending tasks, and alignment with supply chain standardization initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required

1–3 years
in supply chain, logistics, or procurement coordination (multi-site or multi-region experience preferred).

Strong skills in
vendor/subcontractor coordination

Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
for procurement, inventory, and progress tracking.

Understanding of compliance, documentation, and insurance tracking requirements.

Ability to work in
fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
with multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication and follow-up skills across different time zones and regions.
Core Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory

Coordinate regional procurement of materials, consumables, rentals, and tools.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in ERP for all storage locations.

Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination

Source, onboard, and track vendor and subcontractor documentation.

Monitor compliance, insurance renewals, and licensing requirements.

Logistics & Delivery Management
-
Arrange and track timely delivery of materials to all project sites.

Address and resolve potential delays related to material, permit, or resource issues.

Project Progress & ERP Updates

Ensure daily site progress, material usage, and status updates are entered into ERP.

Compare BOQ forecasts with actual usage and report cost variances.

Finance Liaison
-
Process vendor invoices, track approvals, and follow up on payments.

Maintain clear records of GRNs, purchase orders, and payment timelines.
