Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and cost objectives
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain network
- Lead supply chain transformation and capability-building initiatives
Supplier Development & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Drive supplier performance improvement programs (quality, cost, delivery, sustainability)
- Collaborate with suppliers on capacity expansion, process improvements, and risk mitigation
Process Improvement
- Optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and production planning processes
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Standardize best practices across regions or business units
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and demand planning initiatives
- Align supply chain capabilities with sales forecasts and customer requirements
Data & Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, cost savings, lead time, supplier scorecards)
- Use data analytics to support decision-making and scenario planning
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
Risk & Compliance
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards
- Support business continuity and resilience planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- X+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or supplier development
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Certifications: APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma, PMP
- Experience in global or multi-site supply chains
- Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices

Reporting To

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
