Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and cost objectives
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain network
  • Lead supply chain transformation and capability-building initiatives

Supplier Development & Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
  • Drive supplier performance improvement programs (quality, cost, delivery, sustainability)
  • Collaborate with suppliers on capacity expansion, process improvements, and risk mitigation

Process Improvement

  • Optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and production planning processes
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Standardize best practices across regions or business units

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Engineering teams
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and demand planning initiatives
  • Align supply chain capabilities with sales forecasts and customer requirements

Data & Performance Management

  • Define and track KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, cost savings, lead time, supplier scorecards)
  • Use data analytics to support decision-making and scenario planning
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership

Risk & Compliance

  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards
  • Support business continuity and resilience planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • X+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or supplier development
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Certifications: APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma, PMP
  • Experience in global or multi-site supply chains
  • Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices

Reporting To

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
