A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead the entire supply and distribution operation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution—ensuring materials, production and customer deliveries flow efficiently, reliably and profitably.
Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the company-wide supply chain strategy covering raw material sourcing, vendor management, production scheduling, warehousing and outbound logistics.

Develop and implement demand planning, inventory optimisation and procurement strategies to ensure consistent supply and cost savings.

Lead supplier negotiations and establish long-term strategic partnerships to secure key resins and packaging materials.

Implement robust KPIs and continuous-improvement programmes to drive on-time delivery, service levels and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality and commercial teams to align supply with production and customer requirements.

Manage and mentor a multi-site supply chain and logistics team, building future leadership capability.

Oversee compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

10+ years of senior supply chain leadership in a
manufacturing environment, ideally with multi-site or regional scope.

Strong background in procurement, contract negotiation, demand planning and logistics.

Deep knowledge of polymer/resin markets and related supply dynamics.

Proven success in delivering cost reductions, service-level improvements and inventory optimisation.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering or business (APICS/CPIM or MBA preferred).
