Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the supply chain function, including order processing, procurement, warehouse operations, and fleet management.
• Provide executive leadership to supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring high performance across all areas.
• Define and implement long-term supply chain transformation initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish a high-performance culture by developing leadership capabilities, conducting structured performance reviews, and driving talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee demand planning and inventory strategy to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize risk of obsolescence, and support business continuity.
• Lead logistics and distribution strategy, optimizing transportation networks, routing, and delivery models to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and strengthen strategic supplier and vendor partnerships, negotiating agreements, mitigating risks, and ensuring global and local supply continuity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, fostering a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment across all operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to align supply chain strategies with commercial and operational priorities.
• Drive digital transformation and system optimization across the supply chain to enhance visibility, agility, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and production execution to maximize efficiency, control costs, and support sustainable business growth.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in the Supply Chain function.
