
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the supply chain function, including order processing, procurement, warehouse operations, and fleet management.

Provide executive leadership to supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring high performance across all areas.

Define and implement long-term supply chain transformation initiatives, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Establish a high-performance culture by developing leadership capabilities, conducting structured performance reviews, and driving talent development and succession planning.

Oversee demand planning and inventory strategy to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize risk of obsolescence, and support business continuity.

Lead logistics and distribution strategy, optimizing transportation networks, routing, and delivery models to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Develop and strengthen strategic supplier and vendor partnerships, negotiating agreements, mitigating risks, and ensuring global and local supply continuity.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, fostering a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment across all operations.

Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to align supply chain strategies with commercial and operational priorities.

Drive digital transformation and system optimization across the supply chain to enhance visibility, agility, and decision-making capabilities.

Ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and production execution to maximize efficiency, control costs, and support sustainable business growth.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience:
-
10-15 years of experience in the Supply Chain function.
