Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

10+ years in inventory control, spare parts management, logistics, or similar (preferably medical, pharma, FMCG, or technical industries).

Strong experience with IBM Maximo and SAP (mandatory).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
-
Experience working with offshore teams, vendors, and customers.
-
Knowledge of medical device regulations is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement strategies for spare parts; reduce inventory cost and manage obsolete items.

Understand and improve the spare parts lifecycle: PO, GRN, inspection, receiving, stocking, inventory tracking, SAP backflush, etc., and integrate with IBM Maximo.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; source hard-to-find parts.

Categorize spares by usage/criticality and use EOQ, ROP, Min/Max to set optimal stock levels.

Implement strong inventory control and data accuracy processes.

Handle daily warehouse operations: receiving, issuing, shipping, and inspections.

Analyze inventory data, trends, usage rates, and forecast demand with maintenance teams.

Resolve logistics issues; ensure compliance with safety and FDA guidelines.

Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory; reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain complete records for audits; generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Create a PFEP (Plan For Every Part) and integrate with IBM Maximo.

Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and drive project execution.

Work with SQL database, Maximo Integration Framework, and system configuration.

Understand client requirements, document processes, and ensure Maximo core model consistency.

Follow inventory best practices: ABC analysis, FIFO, 5S for efficiency and cost savings.
