Job Title : Supply Chain Engineer

Job Description:

• Analyze supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance data accuracy. KRA: Improved operational performance and reduced delays. Achieved by analyzing reports and mapping workflows.
• Develop and maintain material and item master data in ERP systems to ensure standardization and traceability across the organization. KRA: Consistent and reliable material information. Achieved through periodic reviews and coordination with procurement and inventory teams.
• Support supply and demand planning by analyzing usage trends, lead times, and stock levels to maintain material availability. KRA: Balanced inventory and reduced stockouts. Achieved by monitoring ERP data and coordinating with planners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations) to ensure alignment in supply planning and order execution. KRA: Improved collaboration and process synchronization. Achieved through regular coordination meetings and reporting.
• Monitor supplier performance and material movement through KPI dashboards and data analysis. KRA: Reliable suppliers and timely deliveries. Achieved by preparing reports and engaging in review sessions.
• Contribute to supply chain system enhancement projects by testing ERP modules, providing feedback, and documenting requirements. KRA: More efficient and automated data flow. Achieved through collaboration with IT and operations teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree - of Engineering or related.

0-4 years of relevant professional experience.
