Supply Chain Executive

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for materials and services.
• Ensure timely procurement based on production and sales requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for accurate stock updates.
• Implement FIFO / LIFO systems and minimize wastage or stock-outs.
• Plan and manage transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery to customers or branches.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or transport issues.
• Liaise with production and planning teams to ensure material availability.
• Support production schedules by aligning supply and demand forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock, and dispatch.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain reports.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, billing, and GST norms.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Support automation and system updates (ERP / Tally / SAP, etc.).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
