• Software proficiency: Experience with supply chain and inventory management systems, such as ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving: Strong ability to analyze data to find solutions and improve processes.
• Communication and negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Procurement: Manage the purchasing of raw materials and products by coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Logistics and distribution: Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and physical logistics of goods to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory levels.
• Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and create reports for management.
• Compliance and problem-solving: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant guidelines and regulations, and resolve issues such as delays or quality concerns.
