Supply Chain Executive

Job Description:

• Monitor inventory levels and determine purchasing requirements.
• Research and shortlist potential suppliers.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Update internal systems with complete order details such as dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts.
• Review vendor quotations and negotiate for better pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm, modify, or follow up on orders when needed.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure all received products are in good condition.

Requirements and skills

• 2-3 year of experience in purchase department.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma

Location: Marine Drive, Ernakulam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
