Supply Chain Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all customs clearance activities for imported medical equipment and consumables
• Prepare and review documents required for import clearance (invoice, packing list, COO, test certificates, etc.).
• Coordinate with customs clearing agency, freight forwarders and regulatory bodies to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments from origin to warehouse and update stakeholders on ETA and clearance status.
• Ensure HS code classification and duty calculation are accurate.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for spare parts, machines, consumables and accessories.
• Plan dispatches to customers, branch offices and service engineers.
• Monitor transit, ensure on-time delivery and handle any shipment delays or logistic issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships with logistics partners and freight providers.
• Ensure timely GRN entry after receipt of imported materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for storage, picking, packaging and dispatch activities.
• Track inventory levels to avoid stock-out or overstock situations.
• Assist in cycle count and annual stock audit.
• Maintain import log, stock registers, airway bill details and delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory norms (CDSCO, import license requirements if applicable).
• Process insurance claims in case of damage, loss or transit issues.
• Support internal and external audits by providing logistics and customs documentation
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, Finance and Procurement departments to align supply chain activities.
• Provide timely shipment and stock updates to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Masters degree in any specialization (Supply Chain / Commerce / Business Administration preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in import/export or supply chain management (medical device / healthcare industry preferred).
• Knowledge of customs clearance, HS codes, freight terms (Incoterms) and logistics handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
