Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, coordination, logistics, and material flow.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock as per business requirements.
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and follow up for on-time dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, GRNs, invoices, and documentation.
- Handle logistics planning including transport allocation, tracking deliveries, and resolving shipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms in supply chain processes.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for cost efficiency and better workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and logistics operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain tools.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
