Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of vehicles, parts, tools, and operational assets, coordinating vendor deliveries, and ensuring timely invoice processing with finance.

Maintain accurate inventory levels across hubs, warehouse, and in-transit stock by updating records in real time and ensuring alignment

Conduct periodic physical stock audits, reconcile mismatches, and drive data accuracy as part of the transition to a MongoDB-based inventory and tracking system.

Plan and coordinate logistics for movement of parts, materials, and vehicles between hubs, vendors, and warehouse, ensuring timely allocation and replenishment based on operational priority.

Track shipments and deliveries, maintain all required documentation (delivery challans, inward/outward logs), and ensure smooth flow of inventory across locations.

Support hubs and franchise locations with stock verification exercises, vehicle/asset physical audits, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Coordinate closely with hub managers, cluster leads, vendors, and internal teams to prevent shortages, delays, or operational gaps.

Identify process inefficiencies in procurement and logistics workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
