Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Supply Chain Executive - Female to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm

Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, purchase orders, and follow-ups with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and avoid shortages or excess
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve supply issues
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and logistics documentation
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement, and delivery performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (fresh graduates with internship experiences may apply)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vendor negotiations and contract management
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics documentation
• Familiarity with forecasting and demand planning tools
