Supply Chain Executive (Omani National)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations? We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials across our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities and supplier communications.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing requirements.
- Track shipments and resolve supply-related issues.
- Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience in F&B Industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
