- Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and regulatory declarations.
- Client coordination: Liaise with clients to confirm sales orders and gather necessary information for shipments.
- CHA and logistics coordination: Work directly with Custom House Agents (CHAs) to arrange road transport, book shipping containers, and coordinate vessel schedules.
- Internal coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as the factory and operations team, to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records of all shipment-related documents and manage records on duty drawback and MEIS credits.
- Compliance: Ensure all exports comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Communication: Handle professional business correspondence, including drafting emails for international clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on shipment status, pending issues, and payment collections.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA work background will be an added advantage.
- Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Any Graduate/ PG
