About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management Trainer to conduct professional training sessions for students and corporate professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, practical industry experience, and the ability to deliver interactive, real-time learning sessions on supply chain processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Supply Chain Management training sessions (online/offline).
- Design and deliver interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Develop training materials, projects, and performance assessments for learners.
- Share real-world industry examples covering procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning.
- Guide learners for certification preparation in Supply Chain and Logistics domains.
- Provide support during doubt-clearing and hands-on project sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest supply chain technologies, ERP tools, and best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain concepts – procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand & supply planning, warehousing, and operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or related domains.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or corporate workshops (preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, Oracle SCM, Tally Prime, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex supply chain topics for learners at all levels.
