Who are we looking for?

Qualifications

• 3rd year undergraduate student from relevant fields,
• Able to work at least 3 days in a week and continue for around 11 months,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish & English ,
• Good knowledge on MS Office programs,
• Results-oriented, capable of achieving goals within challenging deadlines,
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and highly organized,
• Analytical thinker, eager to learn, and proactive,
• Creative and innovative approach,
• Knowledge on SAP or ERP programs,

Responsibilities

• Support the order placing process for the Levant Area.
• Assist in sharing loading documents with customers.
• Provide support in coordinating with the SEU team regarding customer requests.
• Contribute to consolidating and reviewing weekly order status for each customer.
• Help the team in developing feasible, efficient, and automated processes for order management.
