About Us

We are an Orange County-based third-party logistics provider specializing in the storage, fulfillment, and distribution of products. Think of our supply chain as a river system — our Inventory Control Lead is the dam keeper, making sure water (product) flows exactly where it needs to go, at exactly the right volume, with zero overflow and zero drought. If inventory is the lifeblood of our operation, this role is the pulse.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Inventory Control Lead is the single source of truth for all product movement within our facility. This role bridges the gap between the warehouse floor and data-driven decision-making — owning cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, managing , and ensuring that every SKU is tracked in like a skilled air traffic controller, you'll keep every "flight" of inventory moving safely, on time, and without collision.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy & Control

  • Own and execute a comprehensive cycle count program — think of it as taking a daily pulse of the warehouse rather than waiting for an annual physical
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis; document findings and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy targets.
  • Conduct full physical inventory audits on a scheduled and as-needed basis

Systems & Data Management

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for operations leadership and client accounts
  • Identify and flag slow-moving, expired, or non-compliant inventory before it becomes a cost problem

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Maintain prper chain of custody documentation for all inbound and outbound product movements.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Partner with receiving, fulfillment, and transportation teams to ensure seamless product flow — acting as the connective tissue between all warehouse departments
  • Communicate proactively with client brand managers regarding stock levels, replenishment timelines, and inventory exceptions
  • Support procurement activities by providing accurate on-hand data and demand signals to the purchasing team

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of 3–6 inventory associates across receiving, storage, and cycle count functions
  • Cross-train team members to eliminate single points of failure — because a chain is only as strong as its weakest link

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain coordination, or warehouse operations within a regulated industry food & beverage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-client 3PL environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in OC operational environments
