Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Lead to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics coordination, inventory management, procurement, cost control, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure seamless collaboration with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal departments, while maintaining high service levels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in supply chain management and a proven ability to drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective material movement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Oversee procurement planning, supplier negotiations, and cost control measures.
  • Track materials from order placement to final delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and operational metrics.
  • Proactively resolve delivery, documentation, or logistics issues.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
