Salary: Competitive, based on experience (range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits)

Schedule: 45 hour work week Monday through Friday.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating warehouse distribution, optimizing transportation, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless product flow from procurement to delivery, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution for our manufacturing facility.
  • Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound raw materials (e.g., wood, hardware) and outbound finished products, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and develop strategies for efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and vendor teams to align logistics with business goals.
  • Manage a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff, providing training and performance oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, sustainability practices, and quality control in all supply chain activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers to optimize costs and service levels.
  • Conduct demand planning and inventory control analysis to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using data analysis skills and supply chain analytics to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP systems for procurement, sourcing, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate across departments including purchasing, operations management, packaging, and sourcing teams to align supply chain strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, Oracle, or etc.
  • Proven track record in optimizing logistics processes, reducing lead times, and managing multi-million-dollar inventories.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, transportation management, and international shipping (if applicable).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a high-volume production setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain software tools.
  • Certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience with demand planning, order fulfillment processes, and materials handling techniques such as forklift operation.
  • Ability to analyze data using supply chain analytics tools for continuous process improvement.
  • Familiarity with procurement practices, sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners across global markets.
