Job Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong supply chain domain knowledge with analytical and optimization skills to deliver meaningful insights, improve planning processes, and support client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply statistical, analytical, and optimization methods to derive actionable insights across supply chain functions.
- Analyze large datasets to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
- Translate complex data and planning scenarios into clear insights for stakeholders, including leadership teams.
- Contribute to client requirement analysis and development initiatives.
- Implement, support, and enhance custom extensions to out-of-the-box supply chain planning solutions.
- Act in multiple roles including Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and System Analyst as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve supply chain problems using analytics-driven approaches.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production, warehousing, procurement, and operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Operations Engineering, or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of experience in Production Processes, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong understanding of statistics, analytics, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Baan, D365, or similar.
- Comfortable working with large datasets; knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Work Schedule:
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
