Salary Range: SAR 25,000 – SAR 33,000 Total Monthly Package

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a growing, operations-driven business and can seamlessly bridge the gap between our corporate head office in Al Khobar and our advanced manufacturing facility in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Direct and optimize all core supply chain functions, including strategic procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and operational support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Operations, Production, and Commercial teams to align supply chain capacity with manufacturing schedules and business growth targets.
• Inventory & Warehousing Control: Implement robust inventory controls and warehouse management practices at the Dammam manufacturing plant to minimize waste, manage lead times, and optimize cash flow.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Lead vendor negotiations, oversee contract management, and secure reliable, cost-effective streams of materials and operational services.
• Logistics Optimization: Streamline distribution, transport, and freight logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products while maintaining strict cost controls.
• Team Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and direction to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
• Proven track record within heavy operational environments such as Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, EPC, or Oil & Gas Services.
• Demonstrated experience working in a dual corporate/plant-site environment is highly advantageous.

Core Competencies & Skills:

• Strong expertise across procurement frameworks, materials planning, and international/local logistics regulations.
• High proficiency in utilizing modern ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analytics for supply chain forecasting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Fluent in professional English (written and spoken).

Additional Information

• Work Structure: This position requires regular mobility and presence divided between the Head Office in Al Khobar and the production facility in Dammam 3rd Industrial City.
• Leadership Style: Requires a visible, hands-on manager who is comfortable being on the factory floor just as much as in corporate alignment meetings.

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼33,000.00 per month
