Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Experience: 13-16 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure the timely purchase of materials and components to meet production schedules.
- Handle imports and exports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements relevant to the scope of the QMS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Executive in the purchase department of a Mechanical/Electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, costing, machinery, and materials, including Fabrication, Plastic Molding, Casting, Rubber Molding, Press Components, Machined Parts, etc.
- Experience with automotive process approach auditing, Risk-Based Thinking, CSR, and Organizational requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 requirements, and related QMS processes.
- Experience in conducting and reporting audits, particularly with PFMEA, CP, and automotive core tools.
Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
