Position: Supply Chain Manager (Mid-Level)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain preferred but not mandatory)

Experience & Salary:

• Mid-level role with 9–12 LPA package
• Prior experience in raw material planning & material management required

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with focus on raw material planning
✔ Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination
✔ Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production schedules
✔ Optimize material management to minimize cost & reduce wastage
✔ Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
✔ Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning & inventory management
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Good communication & team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems
