Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

Maddox Pharma Swiss is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, demand planning, and international distribution. This role is critical to ensuring product availability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial teams and partners to forecast demand and align production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across markets.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure timely and compliant shipment documentation and customs clearance.
• Maintain supply chain dashboards and track OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve supply disruptions, proactively mitigating risks.
• Oversee import/export activities in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Support product launches and market expansions with agile supply chain planning.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of global logistics, regulatory documentation, and customs procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
• Fluent in English ; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus.
