Supply Chain Manager

A Supply Chain Manager oversees and manages the full production flow in a company, from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods, with the goal of optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring customer demand is met. This role focuses on logistics, vendor and client relationships, inventory management, process improvement, and cross-departmental coordination.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and policies aligning with company objectives.
• Manage procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and accurate inventory control to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics providers to secure optimal prices and terms.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, analyze data, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards throughout the supply chain.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, and resolve delivery or production issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and plan for business needs.

Pay: ₹12,384.63 - ₹81,414.07 per month
