Role: Supply Chain Manager (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Budget: Up to ₹6 LPA

Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit. The role involves managing inventory placement, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and fast delivery for premium home appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain operations across Amazon FBA, Flipkart Smart Fulfillment, Zepto & Blinkit hubs.
• Forecast demand and align stock placement with sales trends and promotions.
• Oversee central warehouse inventory, replenishment, and logistics coordination.
• Monitor fill rate, SLA adherence, and reduce out-of-stock & return percentages.
• Implement ERP/WMS integrations and process automation for efficiency.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams for smooth order flow and execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce or quick-commerce supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of marketplace fulfillment models (FBA, Flipkart Smart, Zepto, Blinkit).
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, logistics coordination, and inventory control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• E-Commerce/ quick e-commerce: 5 years (Required)
• Fulfillment model: 4 years (Required)
