Role: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Nagpur
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics — preferably in manufacturing or industrial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management).
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize excess or obsolete materials.
• Oversee procurement planning, purchase order processing, and material flow to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply with demand.
• Analyze data to forecast demand and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Tally or inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
