Role: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Nagpur
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics — preferably in manufacturing or industrial services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management).
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize excess or obsolete materials.
- Oversee procurement planning, purchase order processing, and material flow to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply with demand.
- Analyze data to forecast demand and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Tally or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
