Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the full supply chain process from purchasing materials to production and final delivery. This role ensures that all operations in the factory run efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule.

He will also be responsible for managing the operation team including supervisors, technicians, and workers to make sure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.

In addition, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee the production process of all furniture items in the factory, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery to meet customer needs.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the full supply chain cycle from raw material purchasing to product delivery.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and reliability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability for production.
  • Optimize logistics and warehouse operations to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to clients or showrooms.
  • Oversee and coordinate all factory production activities, ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Manage the operation team assign tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline and performance.
  • Work closely with production supervisors to maintain smooth workflow across departments (cutting, assembly, painting, upholstery, etc.).
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the factory and operations team to achieve company goals.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a safe working environment.
  • Prepare production and supply chain reports and KPIs for management.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term production plans.
  • Control operational costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement practical solutions.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, production, or operations management preferably in furniture or manufacturing industries .
  • Experience managing teams in a factory environment.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
