Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager with 4–8 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain activities for hospital operations.
• Manage procurement of medical equipment, surgical supplies, drugs, and consumables.
• Coordinate with departments such as pharmacy, OT, ICU, and emergency for demand forecasting.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor and control inventory using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards related to hospital supplies and procurement.
• Collaborate with finance and audit teams for purchase order and invoice reconciliation.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate reports for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) is a plus.
• 4–8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of medical supplies, hospital procurement practices, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in NABH-accredited hospital settings.
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics (especially for vaccines and lab samples).
• Experience in cost control and budgeting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,769.43 - ₹50,000.00 per month
