Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end to end supply chain operations- from procurement and inventory management to logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize processes while ensuring cost efficiency and high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership.
• Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and warehousing operations to ensure seamless product flow.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives across logistics, transportation, and sourcing.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and production teams to align supply with market demand.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards.
• Manage and develop a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement-ideally within the medical industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
