Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and improve our end-to-end supply chain operations—from purchasing materials to coordinating production and distribution between our Lincoln headquarters and Omaha sales shop. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing, tight-knit company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement and inventory of garments, thread, inks, and other production materials.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing.
  • Oversee inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate logistics between Lincoln production and Omaha sales shop.
  • Forecast material needs based on seasonal demand and sales trends.
  • Work closely with production, sales, and design teams to align timelines and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor supplier performance.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support production scheduling to meet customer deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in purchasing, receiving, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or operations (experience in apparel, printing, or manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (experience with QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or similar systems a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and logistics coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
