To support our rapid product development cycles and vertically integrated operations, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who can oversee and integrate sourcing, purchasing, planning, and supplier management into a unified, high-performance function.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the full procurement and supply chain lifecycle for Terra Universal. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, operational purchasing, and material planning/logistics coordination into a single, end-to-end position.

You will ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of materials, components, and services that support Terra’s manufacturing, assembly, and customer-driven production schedules. This individual will play a key role in improving lead times, controlling cost, streamlining supply chain operations, and strengthening supplier partnerships.

  • Monitor open orders, track delivery dates, and expedite materials to support production.
  • Resolve discrepancies, shortages, and quality issues in coordination with production and QC.
  • Maintain accurate ERP purchasing data, pricing updates, and supplier records.
  • Reduce transactional errors and ensure smooth day-to-day procurement flow.

Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management

  • Plan material requirements based on production schedules, forecasts, and sales orders.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, including safety stock and reorder points.
  • Analyze lead times, consumption trends, cost impacts, and inventory turns.
  • Manage inbound logistics and coordinate with warehouse personnel on receiving priorities.
  • Report on KPIs such as cost savings, on-time delivery, inventory turns, supplier performance, and material shortages.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems.
  • Ability to manage both transactional purchasing and strategic sourcing responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in capital equipment manufacturing, metal fabrication, custom assemblies, or cleanroom technology.
  • Understanding of BOM structures, engineering drawings, and fabrication processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, analytics).
