Position: Customer Handling & Supply Chain Manager

Experience: Minimum 5–10 Years

Qualification: BE / Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end customer handling and supply chain operations.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, production, planning, and dispatch.
- Oversee order processing, production planning, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
- Monitor raw material planning, inventory control, and logistics.
- Handle critical customer issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Review daily production status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Lead and guide the customer support and supply chain team.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Foundry or Engineering industry is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Customer Handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery commitments.
Salary: 30000/- to 50000/-
