Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s supply chain functions with a primary focus on procurement, supplier management, inventory control, demand planning, and cost optimization. This role ensures continuity of supply, effective vendor performance, accurate forecasting, and strong financial discipline while supporting the company’s growth and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, pricing agreements, and ongoing vendor management.

Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including cost performance, inventory turns, supplier reliability, and service levels.

Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.

Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, material planning, and replenishment strategies to ensure availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, production, sales, and finance to align supply plans with business demand and financial goals.

Own and maintain supply chain data integrity within ERP systems (NetSuite), including item setup, BOMs, vendor records, and planning parameters.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and inventory processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Mentor and develop supply chain team members, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, contracts, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management methodologies, importing inventory and financial controls.
