3pl & warehousing head

The Head of 3PL & Warehousing directs the end-to-end warehousing strategy, including facility design, vendor negotiations, and fulfillment operations. They are responsible for building a scalable logistics infrastructure that can handle seasonal spikes and geographic expansion. This role acts as the primary link between the company’s internal supply chain and its external logistics partners, ensuring that 3PLs meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
