Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and manage suppliers of precious metals, gemstones, packaging, and related materials.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Production Planning & Inventory

• Develop and manage production schedules in coordination with design, manufacturing, and sales teams.
• Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels across SKUs and locations.
• Monitor raw material availability and proactively resolve supply disruptions.

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee customs compliance and import/export documentation, especially for high-value goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
• Implement supply chain software/tools for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor key KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in the jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement, global logistics, and production planning.
• Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
