JD – Supply Chain Manager
Timings: 9:00 AM -6:30 PM Monday to Saturday
Package: 5LPA- 8LPA(Note: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates)
Required Skills & Experience: 6–10 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations,
preferably in the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain
- MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Materials
Management
Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for the electronics
manufacturing division, including procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and inventory
management. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant material availability
while coordinating with Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, and Warehouse teams to
maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Oversee creation, approval, and release of purchase orders.
- Ensure PO accuracy regarding pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
- Communicate PO details to suppliers and track order acknowledgment.
- Monitor PO status and ensure timely execution.
2. Supplier Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact between suppliers and internal teams.
- Follow up on order confirmations, changes, and lead-time updates.
- Manage supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, and
responsiveness.
- Resolve supplier-related delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
3. Logistics & Shipment Tracking
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers for pickup and shipment.
- Track shipments from dispatch to delivery using internal systems and logistics
portals.
- Ensure proper documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates).
- Manage customs clearance, import procedures, and logistics risks.
4. Material Delivery & Receiving Process
- Ensure materials arrive according to PO requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams for timely unloading and inspection.
- Verify received materials against PO and shipment documents.
- Manage non-conformities, damaged goods, and returns with suppliers.
5. Inventory Readiness & Stock Availability
- Ensure incoming materials align with production or project requirements.
- Maintain safety stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Communicate material availability status to Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
6. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Address and resolve delivery delays, quality issues, incorrect shipments, and missing
documents.
- Develop corrective actions with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Escalate critical supply risks to management and initiate contingency plans.
7. Reporting & KPI Monitoring
- Track and report KPIs such as:
o PO cycle time
o On-Time Delivery (OTD/OTIF)
o Lead time adherence
o Supplier reliability
o Receiving accuracy
- Maintain dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Minimum Service Agreement (Bond): 12 Months Service.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
