ABOUT NUFACE
NuFACE is the leading at-home microcurrent beauty device brand, sold across DTC, major retail, and home shopping channels. We design and sell clinically tested facial and body devices alongside a growing skincare line. Our operations team manages contract manufacturing and multi-channel order fulfillment through a 3PL partner.
THE ROLE
This is a high-ownership role on a lean, fast-moving operations team. You will own the monthly demand and supply plan from end to end — building the forecast, running MPS/MRP in NetSuite, managing contract manufacturers and vendors, and facilitating two S&OP meetings each month. You report directly to the VP of Operations and supervise one Buyer/Planner.
This role is the connective tissue between what we expect to sell and what we are able to build. You are accountable for keeping demand credible, supply feasible, and leadership informed — before problems become surprises.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Demand & Supply Planning
- Build and maintain the monthly unconstrained demand plan across DTC and B2B channels using statistical models and sales team input
- Run MPS and MRP in NetSuite each cycle; review planned orders, resolve gaps, and publish the approved supply plan
- Facilitate the S&OP Demand Review and Supply Review each month
- Produce a weekly demand/supply health dashboard for leadership
- Maintain planning parameters in NetSuite: lead times, lot sizes, safety stock levels, and reorder points
Contract Manufacturing & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers; own capacity planning, quality escalations, and lead time negotiations
- Manage packaging and component vendors; negotiate MOQs and pricing, track on-time delivery
- Review and approve purchase orders generated by the Buyer/Planner; escalate supply risk to VP
- Coordinate inbound logistics: freight forwarders, customs clearance, carrier routing
Inventory & Financial Visibility
- Set inventory targets by product family; monitor days-on-hand and flag slow-moving or excess stock
- Partner with Finance to translate the demand plan into revenue, COGS, and working capital impact
- Support the S&OP Reconciliation step; ensure the volume plan is aligned with the financial plan before Executive Review
- Drive NetSuite planning competency across the broader team; support ongoing data quality improvements with NS Admin and Oracle ACS
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- 5+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain management in consumer products
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite MPS/MRP or a comparable ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics); ability to get current in NetSuite quickly
- S&OP process experience: you have owned or facilitated a monthly planning cycle, not just attended
- Contract manufacturing experience: managing lead times, MOQs, and capacity across multiple CoMans
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH, scenario modeling
- Comfortable managing a large SKU portfolio (290+ assemblies); detail-oriented without losing the big picture
- Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing — you translate between functions, not just report to them
Preferred
- Experience with DTC and B2B dual-channel demand patterns, including retail load-in, home shopping events, and influencer-driven spikes
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting or BI tools beyond Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
- Demand plan accuracy and forecast bias month over month
- Production plan attainment vs. approved supply plan
- Supplier schedule attainment across CoMans and key vendors
- Inventory days-on-hand vs. target by product family
- PO on-time delivery rate
- S&OP cycle completion rate — all five steps run on cadence each month
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Remote or Hybrid; US-based candidates only
- Reports to VP of Operations
- You will step into an active S&OP implementation — Cycle 1 launches in April 2026
- NetSuite is live but planning modules are being refined; you will shape how we use them
- Lean team; limited hand-holding — you will have autonomy and visibility from day one
