Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with 10-15 years of proven experience to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full supply chain cycle including planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract performance to ensure reliability and value.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with operations, finance, and sales teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies within the supply chain.
• Utilize data analysis and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams to achieve operational goals.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field).
• 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
