Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business and trading objectives

Forecast demand and plan inventory movements across warehouses and retail distribution points

Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain supervisors and warehouse staff

Set clear KPIs, monitor daily performance, and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Ensure adherence to SOPs across logistics, warehousing, and shop distribution
Vendor & 3PL Management

Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transporters, and third-party logistics providers

Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure reliability and quality of service

Oversee compliance with customs, documentation, and regulatory requirements across all shipments
Cost Optimization & KPIs

Monitor and control logistics and supply chain costs, with a strong focus on reducing landed costs

Track and report on key metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and shipment performance

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels
Qualifications
-
5–8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in fashion or retail

Strong knowledge of GCC logistics landscape, customs regulations, and 3PL operations

Proven people management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficiency in supply chain systems (WMS, ERP) and reporting tools
-
Master's and bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
