Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the full supply chain process (procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution)
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing costs
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
• Lead and develop supply chain teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Leadership and team management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR31,500.00 per month
