Job Overview

Siraj Din Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, vendor management, procurement planning, financial coordination, and ensuring accurate stock and ledger management across all product lines, including scrap, lead, lithium batteries, and inverters.

This role requires strong analytical skills, financial understanding, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

· Maintain accurate and real-time entries of scrap, lead, lithium batteries, and inverter stock in the system.

· Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory to support operations.

· Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, variances, and system mismatches.

Ledger & Financial Reconciliation

· Perform regular reconciliation of scrap, lead vendors, and product-related ledgers.

· Ensure accurate recording of all adjustments in compliance with company policies.

· Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all transactions.

Procurement & Vendor Management

· Plan and manage procurement activities in coordination with internal departments and suppliers.

· Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply.

· Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

·Ensure timely vendor deliveries by tracking shipment schedules, monitoring arrivals, and proactively following up on delays; investigate late deliveries, document reasons, and implement corrective actions to avoid supply disruptions.

Payments & Financial Coordination

· Prepare vendor cheques and ensure accurate recording of payment entries.

· Coordinate with finance/accounts for timely processing of vendor payments.

· Ensure timely payment of all utility bills and operational expenses.

Cross-Department Coordination

· Act as a focal point for stock-related queries from stores, sales, and vendors.

· Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Compliance & Reporting

· Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and internal controls.

· Generate regular reports on stock status, procurement, and vendor balances for management review.

Additional Responsibilities

Handle any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement roles (preferably in manufacturing, energy, or trading sector).

· Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.

· Solid understanding of ledger reconciliation and financial processes.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
