As Supply Chain Manager, you will own Vale's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the reliable flow of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods to support a rapidly growing business.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging across all of Vale's product lines

Own supplier relationships, contracts, and performance management

Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to support production planning

Manage inventory levels to balance service levels against carrying costs

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through diversification and contingency planning

Partner with Manufacturing, E-Commerce, and Wholesale on fulfillment planning

Build and improve supply chain systems, processes, and reporting
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in food & beverage or CPG

Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management

Proven supplier management and contract negotiation experience

Proficiency in ERP or supply chain planning software

APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) a plus
