Supply Chain Manager -Ecommerce

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to end supply chain operations for our fast-growing e-commerce business across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.

The role requires strong expertise in inventory planning, demand forecasting, warehouse operations, and marketplace shipment management. The candidate must be capable of creating platform-wise supply strategies to ensure zero stock-out (OOS) situations and zero overstock, while maintaining healthy inventory turnover and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing supply chain operations for an e-commerce company and must demonstrate strong analytical ability, proactive decision-making, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

1Platform-Wise Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

-Develop and implement platform-specific supply strategies for Amazon,

Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.

-Create demand-based replenishment plans for each platform. Ensure no

overstock or OOS situations across all marketplaces. Align supply

planning with sales forecasts, promotions, and sale events.

- Maintain optimal stock coverage (minimum 15-20 days as per demand

pattern).

Share forecast data with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure smooth

material flow.

2Inventory Management & Demand Forecasting

-Conduct accurate demand forecasting based on historical sales, seasonality,

and platform trends.

-Optimize inventory levels balancing availability and cost efficiency.

-Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations through proactive

planning.

-Conduct monthly physical and system inventory audits.

- Maintain accurate inventory reconciliation across warehouses and

marketplace fulfillment centers.

-Track slow-moving, aging, and fast-moving SKUs and take corrective actions.

3Warehousing & Distribution Management

-Manage day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy..

Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and reduce cost.

- Oversee warehouse audits to ensure inventory accuracy and process

adherence.

Ensure compliance with GST regulations, APOB renewals, and statutory

requirements.

-Maintain process discipline in inward, storage, and outward operations.

4Inventory Movement & Transfers

-Plan and track inventory transfers between warehouses and fulfillment

centers.

-Ensure accurate shipment planning and low error rates.

- Improve inventory tracking systems for better visibility and control.

5Returns & Claims Management

-Oversee marketplace returns and damaged inventory processes.

-File and track claims for reimbursements from marketplaces and logistics

partners.

- Ensure unsellable stock is sent back to vendors and debit notes

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
