Chalhoub Group seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and fulfilment. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective S&OP processes, manage suppliers and logistics providers, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management processes.
• Lead S&OP process development and implementation.
• Manage suppliers and logistics service providers according to agreed SLAs.
• Conduct assortment planning, sales and commercial planning analysis, and product life cycle management.
• Develop and improve Supply Chain Planning KPIs.
• Analyze and optimize Supply Chain metrics and commercial planning decisions.
• Develop customer analytics and predictive models to enhance forecast quality.
• Lead Supply Chain Planning operation transformation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning for the MENA region, preferably in a multi-brand beauty business.
• 2+ years of experience as a Manager, leading a team of 6-8 planners.
• Proven track record in implementing new planning tools and process optimization.
