Supply Chain Manager – Round Lake Animal Hospital

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and logistics. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth supply operations to support our hospital’s daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and forecast future needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of supplies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Implement and maintain supply chain policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to align supply needs.
• Prepare reports on inventory, purchasing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain software/tools will be an added advantage.
